In many cases, the Firm's clients will entertain lump sum payment offers or affordable monthly payment arrangements to resolve lawsuits where money damages are being sought. If you are interested in making a payment proposal, please complete all of the fields below and click the "Submit Proposal" button at the bottom of the form. A member of the Firm will contact you regarding your proposal upon receiving approval or a counter-offer from our client. If your settlement offer is accepted, a document called a "Stipluation" will be sent to you for your signature.
