Landlords' Rights (Residential & Commercial)

The Thrasher Law Firm has always understood evictions must be processed quickly. Over the years (and after handling thousands of evictions), the Firm has developed (and continues to refine) procedures to handle evictions quickly and efficiently. When you submit an eviction to the Firm, you can be sure that it will receive prompt attention. Almost every eviction that we receive is filed the same day. When the eviction complaint is prepared, we will fax a confirmation to you. When the clerk assigns the eviction a case number, our system automatically sends an email to our process server to pick-up the eviction for service. Our system also automatically notifies our client by email and provides an internet link to view the clerk's docket. When our process server has served the eviction, we will send you an email notifying you of the date of service and the tenant's deadline to respond. If the tenant does not respond, we will notify you again by facsimile and ask whether to proceed with the default. After we have requested a default, our system, checks the clerks docket every 10 minutes. When a writ of possession is entered by the clerk, our system automatically notifies you by email and facsimile.
